Welcome to the 2019 TUgis Conference. TUgis: Maryland’s Geospatial Conference is a cooperative undertaking of three primary partners—Maryland State Geographic Information Committee, Maryland Department of Information Technology, and Towson University. TUgis is dedicated to growing and empowering the GIS community throughout the Mid-Atlantic. The annual conference connects the Maryland GIS community to new ideas and trends and offers ample opportunities to find ways to collaborate.


Logan Hall

GIS Analyst
Mr. Hall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Salisbury University in 2013. Logan became an FAA certified Remote Pilot and earned his GISP Certification in 2018. Logan is a GIS Analyst tasked with providing support to a wide range of projects including LiDAR processing and data management, drone imaging, flood modeling, publishing and maintaining GIS services, database administration and data distribution, among others. He also serves as Advocacy Subcommittee Chair for the Maryland State Geographic Information Committee (MSGIC).
