Ms. Julie Spangler has 19 years of experience providing GIS and database management support to state and local government organizations. She excels at strategic planning and has served as a trusted GIS advisor to the MDOT Maryland Aviation Administration and MDOT Maryland Transportation Authority. She has also provided GIS support to the Maryland Poison Center, City of Baltimore Bureau of Water and Wastewater, and many other organizations. Ms. Spangler is the current chair of the Maryland State Geographic Information Committee (MSGIC) and she enjoys mentoring emerging professionals.
