TUgis: Maryland’s Geospatial Conference is a cooperative undertaking of three primary partners—Maryland State Geographic Information Committee, Maryland Department of Information Technology, and Towson University. TUgis is dedicated to growing and empowering the GIS community throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Babatunde Oyinloye is a GIS Analyst for Baltimore City’s Department of Public Works, Data Management Division. He has over 14 years of experience in the Geographic Information field with experience managing large and multi-use discipline projects; public utilities GIS and Asset Management; and web-based mapping & applications development. His education includes University of Maryland University College – G.C in Project Management (Aug. 2017), Towson University – M.A in Geography and Environmental Planning and B.S in Geography and Planning from Ondo State University, Nigeria.
