Welcome to the 2019 TUgis Conference. TUgis: Maryland’s Geospatial Conference is a cooperative undertaking of three primary partners—Maryland State Geographic Information Committee, Maryland Department of Information Technology, and Towson University. TUgis is dedicated to growing and empowering the GIS community throughout the Mid-Atlantic. The annual conference connects the Maryland GIS community to new ideas and trends and offers ample opportunities to find ways to collaborate.

Nathan Randolph

GIS Analyst
Nathan Randolph is the GIS Specialist for Baltimore City's Urban Forestry Division. He plays a key role in implementing and managing the first full street tree inventory for the city. He comes to Baltimore from Northeast Ohio with over 10 years of experience in GIS and Forestry. He holds a degree in Conservation from Kent State University, and a graduate certificate in GIS from the University of Denver. In his free time Nathan enjoys hiking, biking, and kayaking the many parks in the area.
