TUgis Conference 2019: Full Schedule

Welcome to the 2019 TUgis Conference. TUgis: Maryland’s Geospatial Conference is a cooperative undertaking of three primary partners—Maryland State Geographic Information Committee, Maryland Department of Information Technology, and Towson University. TUgis is dedicated to growing and empowering the GIS community throughout the Mid-Atlantic. The annual conference connects the Maryland GIS community to new ideas and trends and offers ample opportunities to find ways to collaborate.

Exhibitor Showcase: Trimble Handheld Android Solutions

Many solutions with Esri Collector or Survey 1-2-3 include a personal cell phone or tablet along with an external GNSS receiver. However for productive field work, the "all-in-one" solution of the Trimble GeoExplorer series has been the mainstay of asset data collection. Trimble has now released two products that take the power of Trimble's GNSS technology and put it in a platform (Android) that can allow a user to select the data collection app of their choice including the Esri options.
