Municipalities and Departments of Transportation face continuous challenges to accomplish more with less as increases in demand, regulatory requirements, infrastructure deterioration, and political and economic forces have significantly outpaced increases in capital and operating budgets. Specific topics include:• data collection methods
• emerging data collection technologies
• software solutions
• mobile GIS solutions
• information management and decision support tools
• life cycle management
• condition inspections
• asset valuation
• factoring in risk
• project aggregation
• working with budget constraints
• dashboards
